Remove the film on both sides of the cushion before use. To easily remove the film, bend the strip slightly 3. Apply the strip into the lower denture and press it firmly. Squeeze out any air bubbles. 4. If necessary, trim the strip with scissors to fit the dentures. 5. Place the denture in your mouth and bite down firmly. For best results, wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking.
