I love this, it makes me feel more energetic and focused. It’s been a few weeks but I hope it will help my tired appearance eventually - I’ll update. It tastes sour/bitter, though, but it doesn’t bother me.

I hate to say it's actually works so good... Because is sooo expensive... I had just grams of this product to try... I thought 5 days.. I doubt i will see anything in such a short period of time... On a first ans 2 day i didn't had any more energy.. Opposite i was very sleepy but on 3 day when i actually haf an active day and i visited my gym as i do 2 a week i really felt full of energy and my regular workout and weights seams to be too easy. On 4th day i actually noticed improvements to my look ans i was shocked with a speed of the noticeable effects. Im going through few other NMN but at the moment this one was my favourite. HOWEVER be aware it taste like aspirin but more bitter and sour at the sam time ans you should keep it under your tongue until its dissolved. Not pleasant at first but you can get use to it.

The media could not be loaded.  It is said that taking NMN can help you turn back the clock!Various studies showed a decrease in age related symptoms such as weight gain, wrinkles and energy loss.So when this came up I was keen to give it a whirl.On arrival I was surprised to say the least that for £ 9.99 ( at the time) you only got what equates to 5 days worth of the supplement.My second shock was that for the price, their was no little measuring spoon supplied. Having to weigh out a gram of powder each morning before you've had something to eat is abit of a fath.Finally onto the taste, well we've all have medication like paracetamol that's stuck to the tongue and started to melt, and this is exactly what it tastes like....yuk!All in all, my overall option is if it does do what it claims to then its definitely worth the inconvenience and the vile taste but with just a five day supply, unless I look and feel significantly better by the end of it, I don't think I'll be buying more.Jury's out till then!

At £1.52/gram you're not getting a cheap product, but this is much cheaper than the £3.99/gram one that I received a while ago from another brand.I'm sure that this provides a very high quality form of NMN at a reasonable price, as a 3rd party certificate of analysis is available upon request from the brand.It provides 98-99% pure Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, which has been shown to suppress age-associated weight gain, enhance energy metabolism and physical activity, improve insulin sensitivity, improve eye function, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression, all through promoting an increase in Nicotinamide Adenosine Dinucleotide (or NAD+ for short).Finding reliable suppliers of this supplement is tricky because it is very expensive, so a lot of the cheap options on the market are very likely not authentic.This supplement is supplied in powder form but would benefit from a scoop which was not included.For myself at 32 years old I'm simply not old enough to notice any effect, however if you were closer to 70, your natural levels of NAD+ should be around half of what mine are - at that point, you would more likely notice an increase in energy and alertness etc.For me, I take this as a good precautionary measure against the eventual natural decline in my NAD+ levels that may have already started happening, and I intend to take some form of NAD+ booster such as NMN or NR for the rest of my life unless clinical trials eventually show no benefit.If you have the money and want to look after your health as best as possible, and you're no longer in your 20's, then I can recommend that you give this a try, keeping in mind that the older you are the more of a benefit you will get.When I run out, I'll buy more as this really is an incredible price for this quality of NMN.

this stuff is eye-wateringly expensive it has a bunch of health potentials which there is actually evidence for this is in powder form and is easy to consume if it works amazing but for that price, it's out of my budget unfortunately. This though is definitely top of the range and of excellent quality and I like that it's in a powder form so you can just slip it into your food.

NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is supposed to provide some really amazing health benefits including suppress age-associated weight gain, enhance energy metabolism and physical activity, improve insulin sensitivity, improve eye function, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression.These are quite an incredible set of supposed benefits and I think you would need to take the supplement for long periods to start seeing this. Whilst I can't attest to these benefits, this definitely appears to be a good quality supplement.Just having it in powder form is helpful as you know there is nothing else added. It doesn't give the convenience of a capsule which is already measured so this may not be for everyone. If you are having a 500mg dose then this will give you 20 doses. I think it can be useful if you know you need to have 100% pure NMN. There is the added assurance that this is also third party lab tested.
