Great value for the money
I brought the 4GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Ryzen 3 variation of this laptop.If you are a power user with some serious work or gaming, this laptop obviously isn't for you. However ,if you just need a laptop for basic admin tasks, web browsing, blogging, writing, etc.... then it's more than enough.I recommend removing some of bloat ware that is pre installed on the HP windows imagine since 4GB is hardly enough for windows 11.Anyway, for 999 aed, this laptops is fantastic.

Its a perfect simple no nonsense laptop
Its super light, dunoo what HP has done. Its simple and come with WINDOWS 11-PRO version. Dunno what was the issue with other who purchased it. This is a new 2023 model. Awaiting invoice from the seller.Rest you can buy with peace of mind. I got it at 1530 AED.

Cant use cant return cant repair as I cant rest to factory mode - WORST PRODUCT
I cannot reset to factory set up. So cannot return or repair as I cannot delete my files.This is just 2 month now and now new problem is while using the laptop it automatically goes to sleep mode. Again and again.I cant use it, cant return it cant repair cant donate as I cant reset to factory setup.I request Amazon team please help me to solve this issue.

Just received the laptop. I am a power user myself, but needed one for my daughter for her school.Pros:- It's not heavy at all- Blazing Fast- Enough Memory- Lit Keyboard - Eng, Arabic- Excellent Price- The make feels good and the gold color looks sold in real-life- Screen resolution is good- Enough ports for studentCons: ( not really for the price )- It doesn't come with a graphics card but my daughter didn't need one. It's the best one I found for the price.- The screen is not too bright. I believe it should be fine for my daughter.- Office is installed but it's just the trial version.Note: have not checked the battery life as just received it.

P.O.S. - Save your money!!
The specs are great on this ... until you receive this piece of crap!! RAM must be a lie b/c I'll type and there's a lag (or they forgot to add cache to the chip) for the text to show on screen in multiple apps (so it's not software related). The battery life is junk. The build is actually cheap and keys are loud and clicky. And the screen resolution is horrible - it's this weird brightness at any angle except one -- the screen has to be at like 127 degrees. lolIt's just so disappointing because it looked like great value for the money.Subtract all the value, and save all your money!

It’s Worth the Money
Unit received in great shape. Laptop it’s light easy to transport. Very fast processor . I would definitely recommend Note don’t have Ethernet Port or CD but I guess those are ancient now Lol 👍

Misleading description, NOT an HD screen!!! Standard definition 1366x768 pixels
The description is misleading. This is not an HD screen, it's 1366x768. This is such a dated screen resolution, modern web pages and apps barely fit. HD begins at 1280 x 720 pixels. I would definitely return if my client didn't need a laptop ASAP.
