Worst package ever received.
The inner packing of the box appeared to have been wet at some point while the shipping package was just fine upon arrival. Of all the packages they would ship why would they choose to send on that appeared to be damaged . I put the fuser in my printer and it printed 40 pages and then it started falling a part. The plastic film came through my printer and my papers started to crumble. To add insult to injury the roller replacement parts included with the fuser don't fit my model. I hope when the replacement arrives on Friday, that it will include parts I can actually use or I will send it back for good. I would give zero stars, but it wont let me.
