Great supplement
I’ve been taking this for over a year. I took it during pregnancy and now whilst breastfeeding. Yes it does turn your wee really yellow but that’s just the extra vitamin a (I think!) this is easy in the stomach compared to pregnacare and it’s got all the good stuff in it. 10/10

Bought as it contains methylfolate
I am TTC and after reading 'It starts with the egg' I wanted a prenatal vitamin containing Methylfolate rather than Folic Acid, as it is more readily absorbed by the body. This one appealed to me because it is a good price and natural. The pills are quite large but fine if you take it with a big swig of water.

Has great ingredients, have not seen much improvement since I started taking them.

Don’t buy they cause jaundice
I’ve used them during my pregnancy and they really affected my hormones.I’ve ended up giving birth to a jaundiced child because of it’s high concentration and because of the hard time with up and down mood caused postnatal depression.They are very toxic nothing to do with nature
