Looks great on the wall does what it says on the box and wasn't a pain to assemble. So thumbs up all round 5*

Hanged on the wall on the right hand side of the entrance door. Not bulky at all, so it's hanged nicely on the wall. Hooks are still going strong since assembly and first time used. Strong enough to put some other bits on the shelves too. Overall, i am pleased with this. Only given 4stars as what other customers have said, the screws are visible. There's room for improvement, if seller take note of the reviews. Just that tiny glitch that can make a lot of difference for a perfect finish.

Delivery took about 2 weeks. The product arrived intact with all pieces.Very easy to assemble and very sturdy feeling.Placing it onto the wall was where the problem began.The wooden bracket at the back is not very strong and is held in place by wooden pins at the sides only. It does not attach to the back panel.This would be fine but unfortunately the pre drilled holes on the back panel where too big for the screw heads so the whole shelf slipped off the screws and basically the whole thing was held to the wall only by the wooden bracket, which was only attached to the shelf by the sides with wooden loose wooden pins. Because of this the whole thing was holding on for life OFF the wall not against it.To solve the issue I had to disassemble the product, turn the back panel upside down and drill my own holes so that it holds firmly against the wall.This in my opinion is quite dangerous. The shelf would not have been able to take much weight and may have fell on top of someone.The product itself is very nicely made but the wall support system needs looking at....In the picture you can see the original holes and the size of the small screw heads

Good product, looks lovely.Only two issues...It came damaged, but that may be down to delivery.There are no screw caps to hide screw, screw heads are on view and that's a shame.Other than that, a good unit.

I have a small hallway with the only available wall space dominated by a radiator. Putting this up has proved extremely useful as its largely out of the way but provides the space for hanging coats etc. I put three small baskets in the alcoves for storing gloves etc and the space on top is used for my sons hats. Pretty straight forward assembly. All in all a very good product.

Product was great for what I needed it for. Hanging costumes up in my sons bedroom. Easy to assemble and not too expensive. I wouldn't buy it to hold coats as I dont think it would be able to hold much as not very sturdy

Ordered two of these for my hall. Positioned them together. They're well made and the paint finish is quality. Putting them together from flat was simple. Hanging them was a two person job. My only slight concern is that the hooks seem a little flimsy for the amount of costs we have. I imagine one could snap if too many coats are hung on them. But I'll see how we get on. Overall these are fantastic value for money.

Using them for my baby changing and dressing area - looks so nice and is perfect for the cloth nappies, wipes and for hanging the clothes I'm going to change the bub into :)
