Causing brush error on E6
UPDATE 12/05: What a wonderful customer service team to talk to. I didn’t expect to be reached out to, but they explained things thoroughly and provided a full refund. While the bristles may not have worked for me, the filters and rollers should be okay for the E6. I’m thankful for the experience.Similar to someone else's review about how their Roomba kept getting a "brush error," this happened maybe every other minute on my E6. I was surprised how good the quality was and everything fit fine! However, I am replacing it with another one of the same brand, because maybe it was just my box that was faulty? I'll write another review once I receive the replacement.

Not as good as original
The brushes are too long and as they hit the wheels they make a loud clicking sound. The screw for the brushes fits too snug and very difficult to screw in.UPDATEI CHANGED STAR RATING BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO SATISFYING MY NEEDS WAS GREAT.

waste of money, almost damaged my vacuum
We got error messages about every 20 minutes after replacing original rollers with these. Never had this issue before. The rollers are plastic, not rubbery like the original. They are too short, which allowed dog hair to get inside of roller and actually force the metal pin through the grey cap and into the inside of the vacuum. We had to use wire cutters to get the rollers out. The replacement brush is the wrong size and the included screw is the wrong size for the vacuum. There was no way to use it.

My Roomba is like new again
This package was great and easy to install. My Roomba runs like a brand new unit. Once I had all of the old parts out, I took my hand held vacuum and cleaned out all of the underneath before putting in the new parts. I"m very happy with this product
