Seems to help
I have to say these seem to be helping me after a couple of years of post-Kolkata problems. I'm taking a few other things but, and it could be coincidental, feel these were the game-changers. Not only did I ingest lots of nasty microbes, but tackling them has probably also caused damage. I had a thorough GI PCR test and decided this product provided the closest thing to some of my most depleted "good" bacteria. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they're not vegan. Yes, that's a bit churlish but I'd love it if they could be made without milk (this product is breaking my otherwise strict veganism).

You (almost /update: <definitely>) get what you pay for...
Had 3 different probiotics at the time and goddam' these were so much better than anything else I've ever tried...Update: Just got the second bottle - night and day after just 1 (one) day! I don't know what it is but my body just loves it and the positive feedback is immediate.You should definitely try it regardless of the price.Up to 5 stars.

After a week Did nothing
I have medically diagnosed IBS and have difficulty eating a number of food types including dairy and fat. when i saw the reviews for this product i was excited because i thought i would finally be rid of my symptoms, yet after a week of taking these supplements there has been absolutely no change.In my opinion a complete waste of time and money

Useless waste of money did zero apple cider vinegar did more last year when I used it. And it was way cheaper not for me at all

Reduced anxiety, improved nutrient and b12 absorption
Really helps my IBS and anxiety.I started to feel an effect right after taking it 1-2 days.My energy level has improved and metabolism too so it’s definitely working on reducing fat in the liver and balancing insulin.Absorption of nutrients is improved too and B12 levels too!On the 2nd bottle and will carry on with it.It takes 2-3 months with any natural remedies to resolve any imbalance.
