It's adjustable fan runs from either 4AA batteries or a USB-C power bank and gives you complete control of your cooking temperature- turn up the dial and the fan spins faster to increase the temperature or turning down decreases temperature. Using up to 10 times less than a regular BBQ, the Smith & Barker Portable Smokeless BBQ is extremely eco friendly. The specially designed top plate allows excess fat from food to run into a separate receiving tray making your food healthier. A further area underneath the top plate can be used to wrap items such as sweetcorn and potatoes in foil and bake whilst you cook meat etc on the top plate.
