Q: What software do I use to get the remote back on the network I don’t know how to get it on pairing mode and don’t remember what software I use

This fan remote does not talk to a network. It does not offer Bluetooth, Z-Wave, Alexa, Google Home or Apple integration. the remote to receiver pairing is done at the factory and cannot be modified. Good luck!
