Overall, the service is good, but it's important to remember to contact customer service on the day you activate your SIM card, preferably through SMS, as their response time is quite fast. Only after customer service confirms the activation should you insert the card into your phone for use. I contacted customer service three days in advance, requesting activation on a specific day, but I found that the card was not activated on that day at 9.00 am. I reached out to customer service again, and they responded quickly. However, because I made a call with the non-activated card, it became unusable. Customer service then helped me with the activation of another card.Overall, customer service was able to resolve my issue. It would be even better if communication could be more polite.

I was hoping to have an emergency phone on a different carrier. Not to be. Tech support said that in spite of Lycamobiles claims to work with any unlocked GSM phone, both SIM slots on both of our phone tablets were not supported. After buying SIMs and paying for an additional month, there is no refund. I contacted customer support. They shipped another SIM ($19) which worked for a few minutes then quit. I quit.

It came in 3 days and I had no problem setting it up so yeah, good to go here. 5 stars.

Card arrived on schedule. You have to go to the travsim website to submit the sim card number and then wait for them to email you with your phone number and activate your card. In my case, it was over 24 hours. I emailed them for status on activation and it was activated shortly thereafter.I used the card in an old LG phone and the phone automatically configured itself so I didn't have to go into settings and change anything, but the company does give you all the settings in the activation email.Very easy overall and worked as intended. One star off for the delay in activation.

I ordered a Lyca sim card in August. On 12/07/23. I got it activated, but Lycamobil did not send me the phone number, and when I called, they said the card needed a plan. I explained that the car came with a one-month calling plan, but in the end, LYCAMOBIL did nothing. I have had this problem: Lycamobil wants more money for the product. I could not get help from Amazon and ultimately lost $33.00. I will only recommend that some people get this SIM card. Lyca does not have a responsible system.

I’ve tried my best since i’ve received this sim to fix the issue with all 10 different methods. I still can figure out why it’s giving me this error. I’d like to know if this is something could be fixed otherwise I’ll ask for a full refund.
