I purchased another product I had to return because it was so complicated and I had to have help to put on and take off. This one is perfect for sleep: soft and comfy, but at the same time, it stabilizes my wrist so my arm and hand doesn't fall asleep with stinging pins and needles, AND it prevents me from clenching my fists, which led to trigger thumb/fingers. Best part is, I can put these on and off w/o help, so when I get up to use restroom in the middle of the night, or go to bed late, I don't have to wake my hubby.

I thought it would be firmer in the fingers. I wanted my fingers to be immobile. I guess I can rig it, but it does work fine and I haven't had any swelling or numbness when I wake up.

The Smart Glove is a the only relief I have found for stopping the numbness I experience with carpel tunnel issues when sleeping. I have purchased this pair as a second set for treavling. They are very compfortable and easy to slip on and off. Wearing the braces on a regular basis has reduced the numbness that may occur during the day. The braces are interchangeable between the left and right hands. I'm hopeful that by wearing the braces on a regular basis will postpone any need for surgery to correct the issues, in long term. I'm very grateful with this low cost option to reduce numbness caused by carpel tunnel syndrome.

I am a dental hygienist who has carpel tunnel syndrome. I wear these every night in order to be able to work the next day pain free. These are wonderful gloves that really hold up. I had a pair prior to these that I wore for years. I liked them so much that this is the brand that I returned to for the next pair. I like that there is extra space for my fingertips to help stay extended. The little padded area for your palm feels wonderful at night as you are relaxing. They are easy on, easy off. Great product at a great price.

I wasn't sure this would make a difference since I can still curl my hand and fingers in a little bit. But I will not sleep without it! It is warm, and I'm not sure how I will like it in the summer, but it's great for now. I don't have any trouble sleeping with it, but you have to put it on in the dark, can't turn the light off with it on!! For the $20+ I spent, very much worth it. Before you see an ortho doc for wrist/arm pain, at least try this first. I am not planning on any medical visits for at least the foreseeable future for my arm.

I refer to these as my clouds. They are spectacularly comfortable to sleep in all night, and my hands feel so much better in the morning.Make sure you are done using your hands for the night before you put them on, though. I can barely manage to turn off my light when I've got them on, let alone hold a book to read for a while before bed. That's fine, because I wanted them for overnights, but it does mean I can't put them on as I'm getting ready for bed, as I like to lie in bed and read a while before I fall asleep. I just have to put them on after the lights are out and I'm falling asleep.

A carpel tunnel test technician recommended night gloves to me and I found these. Her rationale to me was that gloves such as these allow wrists to heal when used regularly at bedtime. I haven't had surgery or physical therapy since that test 7 years go. They have worked for me wonderfully, allowing my wrists to be pain free.
