These smell just awful. I tried it anyway, last week when nausea hit. Almost instantly I vomited—from bad to worst. Maybe you will like the smell, but I found it to be very noxious.One tube didn’t even have a scent at all. I put lavender essential oil on it, and that one actually helped.

I got these to help at work in healthcare but honestly they didn’t seem to do a ton. I just got over the smells but it does help open my sinuses and when I have a headache!

Value for the money

Has provided relief to some degree every time used. The smell is strong and may not be for everyone but I personally love the essential oils inside.
