I very much enjoy the design of the product. Customer Support was excellent as they were willing to show me a version in all caps and a version with lowercase. I appreciated this to make my decision.Expect to show the towel a bit of love when it arrives as it has gone through a printer and shipping. Pro Tip: Run it through your washer with 1 cup of white vinegar (no detergent, put vinegar in softener dispenser if your machine has one) and dry with wool or tennis balls.I gave it as a gift and it was very well received.
