At full volume, the speakers on my laptop are not loud enough for anywhere other than in a quiet room and then only if I'm directly in front of the screen. Sound volume on many DVDs and YouTube videos are especially weak. I tried six sets of (modestly priced) external computer speakers from Amazon, both wired and blue tooth. These are by far the best. Turning a wheeled knob on the cord of these speakers gives me all the volume I could want. I'm not rating these speakers for fidelity. I just need enough volume to hear what's being said. For that purpose, these speakers get five stars. I'm ordering a second set.

Nice little speakers for a laptop. What I was looking for were some speakers that would enhance the sound that came out of the laptop. These speakers can be turned up quite loud and the clarity is great. They were exactly what I was looking for. I listen to lectures every day on the internet and the teacher's voice is very clear and the sound is perfect.

These speakers are a great deal for the price and just what I wanted. Sound quality is good-great. I will use them mostly for audible books and podcasts. These were recommended in an article I read and boy am I glad I read it. As I said the price was great.

Even though these are small speakers, I have them set aside for now to use in a later time, I think that their pretty neat for small speakers. 😊👍

great inexpensive and does not break my bank account. Since these are used in my classroom it is great to be able to purchase a quality item that helps me with my students and allows me to not have to spend a major portion of my paycheck

i have 2 sets of these speakers and they sound very good for my computer.s they are very compact.

Cheap solution to quiet YouTube videos. I have a huge classroom and everyone can hear the videos now!
