We did price/feature comparisons both on-line and in store. This chair offered features comparable to chairs costing twice as much. So far my wife is enjoying this chair. It has eliminated the discomfort she had been experiencing with her previous office chair. It offers adjustable head and lumbar support. Great value and comfort at a good price. And it was fairly easy to assemble.

When the package was delivered with a missing seat part, I was very unhappy as I was hasty to receive my new chair. Contacted the support - they were very helpful throughout the whole replacement process. I got my new chair and so far happy.

for some reason I sit on it and makes my back extremely itchy, even with shirt on. I had to place 2 towels so its not.

Got this chair after hours spent researching the best chair for home office to provide me with a reasonable "ergonomic" support for long hours behind the computer and not brake the bank. Good design, easy to assemble, however the chair has what I consider to be a design fault/impracticality which is the adjustable lumbar support square in the back. It is designed to help you with the lower back support however once you have been sat in the chair for a longer period of time it becomes very uncomfortable and noticeably hard against your lower back. If the material used to build this square was some kind of hard rubber rather than plastic I think it would have been more usable and overall comfortable. Not really something you want in a chair that you want to be sitting in for hours! On the upside the seat itself is very comfortable, approach with caution!

Bought this chair recently as my previous office chair was more akin to a Church pew or a fencepost than an actual form of comfortable seating. I bought this chair for about £90 on sale which seemed more than reasonable when compared to other chairs at the pricepoint.As far as features go, this chair has the usual bells and whistles you would expect at the pricepoint, foldable armrests, height adjust, rocking and adjustable headrest/lumbar support. The cushion is very comfortable and springy, I've only owned the chair for about 2-3 weeks but it still holds up just fine. The backrest is made of a high quality mesh which is rigid and non-obtrusive, however I would still be careful with sharp objects getting caught in the mesh as it might tear the mesh in areas. The lumbar support is literally a piece of plastic which can move up and down, but this is actually fine as it helps with providing support for your lower back even at the lowest height. My only problem is that the lumbar support will sometimes lower on it's own if you are placing just slightly too much pressure on the plastic, but this rarely happens. Armrests are made of a leather type material with sufficient padding. My previous office chair had sever indentations in the armrests following prolonged use from day to day use, these armrest however seem to be alot more padded. The headrest is much the same as the lumbar support but without the annoyance of it seemingly lowering under too much pressure. I'm 6ft 1in and the chair seems more than fine for my height.No real issues with the chair so far. It is easy to construct on your own just ensure that you build the chair in the place you intend to use it as although it is not heavy, it is cumbersome to move around if you have narrow doorways. As for packaging, the chair is neatly packed in it's own box with each item neatly packaged in it's own segment.

I waited a few weeks before adding the review to really test the chair. I've been working from home throughout the pandemic and have now knackered several chairs including my partner's gaming chair which was giving me a sore back. I opted for this chair after reading other reviews as I needed one that would give back support as well as cushion in the seat and a headrest. I can honestly say this chair is brilliant. My back has not been sore at all since I got it- nor do I have a numb bum as there is plenty of padding in the seat and I'm sitting on it 9-5pm. The headrest is adjustable so no issues there. My partner assembled it in about 15 mins with no problems. The chair looks good and I'm very happy. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for some time for a new ergonomic chair as like. Alot of people I have been working from home due to Covid... And I borrowed a basic chair from my office thinking it would be a short while (how wrong I was thinking that!)Prices vary so much along with quality. I trawled and trawled the net looking for the right chair that fitted my needs then stumbled across this one. Given the mainly Positive reviews I took the plunge. Super quick delivery (box is heavy!) well packaged and really easy to put together... Did it in 15 mins!Have only spent half a day sat on it but its much more comfortable and supportive than my 'borrowed' office chair.My only small issue and not a negative on the product itself I just wished it would rise a little bit higher as I'm quite tall... But it's a minor niggle on my part.Fab chair 5⭐ all round 👍👌

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a comfy office chair and this brand caught my eyes, standing out names and sleek design! Co designed box and all the parts are well packed. Fairly easy to assemble, instruction was clear. The chair self can be adjusted different height and sitting positions, too. Very comfortable especially I have lower back problems and it doesn't hurt at all after long day of work! Highly recommended!
