This is my first true weight set, and I am happy enough with it that I'll be keeping it. But if I had to do it over again, I might opt for a slightly higher quality version.First, the packaging was horrible on this. I walked to my door one day and the box was sitting there in tatters; literally needed to unpack the weights on my stoop and carry them in.Second, they really should remove the "88 Lbs" from the product title description and change it to the weight in Kg. These weights only have listings in Kg, not pounds. It's a minor annoyance and they do detail it more in the product description, but I would prefer to buy items that contain listings in pounds.Note that some movements can be difficult due to the length of the dumbbell arms. I wish they included (or sold separately) some shorter dumbbell arms to make certain movements more feasible.But overall, these are getting the job done. I like that these are made of plastic and not metal so they won't scruff up your floor. They do fit securely in place on the handles and I don't worry about them falling off. And the included barbell attachment adds to versatility; though it can still be a pain to connect.

Most of stars off is due to Amazon not being clear with their exchange policy. Nowhere in their instructions said I need to send the item back first .The first one came defective where the blue grip peeled away from the black part of the handle. The way its designed I think its only a matter of time when it will peel . The handle would have been fine without the blue rubber grip. All plastic would have been better.The other issue is the kettle bell is fine for swing movements, but anything else its cumbersome. Either the handle hole needs to be bigger. The sharp ridge on the part the handles are uncomfortable as they can dig into the back of your forearm. They do sell essentially shin guards for your wrist on amazon made for kettlebells.Another issue is that if the screw is not as far down as possible, your knuckle might hit the locknut. If the screw is far down you need enough plates or a spacers so the handle will be tight. I know this issue is with all of these designs.All in all Im keeling only because of the price. It was $10 less than the other clones. It seems to be fairly strong considering its plastic. The handle itself is threaded so it screws onto the stem along with the locknut. The locknut is secure. It has never come loose on me. One must not do any twisting motion with your wrist though or the handle will loosen. The shaft is bacically a pipe covered in a plastic thread. I dont use it everyday so hopefully it will last a bit.

Grate addition to my home gym. Compacted and ready to use. I like it!

The product itself is a good product. However the packaging was bad and two screw nuts were missing, which only allows me to use one dumbbell.

These dumbbells have come in so handy for me to exercise at home during the pandemic. They're very easy to use and change the weight distribution. I prefer using them as dumbbells rather than connecting them together with the connecting rod. Especially if both dumbbells are fully loaded and you connect them with the connecting rod, you'll have a lot of weight on the fulcrum point so keep that in mind. As far as dumbbells go, these fit the bill for me. Price, quality, ease of use and changing out weights make these a great buy for home workout routines.The seller is very responsive, helpful and will do what needs to be done to satisfy customers.The dumbbell rods are a bit long (due to length needed to add weights to the dumbbell) but that is expected on dumbbells that allow you to change the weights.

Shipping took longer than expected. Would be more efficient if it came with less weight. I feel like I have a bunch of useless 1.5kg weight plates that could have been bunched together. The dumbbells are huge and makes limited range of motion hard to work with. Not to mention they don’t actually hold all the plates, they hold 3 on each side. I’m missing a yellow twist cap so I can’t even use this as dumbbells until I buy a fourth cap. The bar is probably the only useful part of this set, it has a bar pad on it already. I would of probably been better off buying a barbell and my own plates or just some regular dumbbells.

Everything arrived as described, they work & decently sturdy. Don't expect to lift alot of weight comfortably. The padding in the middle isn't removable and takes up way too much space keeps you from doing curls or other workouts comfortably. I'd recommend another kind without the padding it's really not needed at all a pool noodle or a folded towel would be better with just a straight bar

Perfectly functional weight set. I like how secured things clip in place and it replaces dumbbell sets for sure. The plates are coated, which is true for every other weight sold on Amazon that I've seen. The only note is that the "barbell" bar is a little bit too narrow to be useful for anybody with broad shoulders, but as an "at-home" solution this blew my expectations away for the price and the amount of combinations. Shipping speed was slower than normal given restrictions but considering the international nature of the shipping to get to the US, that is to be expected when everyone wants exercise equipment now. I note that I reached out to the seller to clarify and they replied within minutes of my question and it came several weeks before the estimated time. Many thanks!
