I was told years ago by a Jamaican hair stylist that relaxers were too harsh for my hair. She used this product on my hair as a relaxer and my hair was healthy, bone straight and softer. After trying to go natural which I affectionately call the "natural disaster" lol, I went back to relaxers. After suffering severe breakage I decided to go back to this. But I was purchasing it from local beauty supply stores. With the hair store product I still had breakage and a lot of burning of the scalp. When I ordered here on Amazon from Pharmapacks there was hardly any breakage or burning. My hair wasn't hard after rinsing and there was something else that I found interesting. The ingredients were listed on the jar and the consistency was not as thick as at the hair store. It was was more of a mixed relaxer texture. I am glad I ordered online and Pharmapacks is a reputable company. My hair is straight and healthy now.

I only had the product on for like a minute because I was scared it would work as perm. It straightened my roots like I used perm and the ends was very much 4c, I washed out as soon as I finished applying. After a couple of weeks and one wash my hair was back to normal. Natural 4c. Im glad it didn’t mess up my natural hair. If your looking to manage hair natural hair better , use Revlon hair blow dryer. Great match for shrinkage. It basically gives you a blow out without going to salon. Thank me later.

It's a good product. It's also a great value in that you can get several applications from one container

With my hair being curly I needed to find a product that wouldn't make my hair straight. I chose this texturizer because I wanted to wear my natural hair in it's same curl pattern without having to put a lot of products in my hair for a natural looking hold.
