This device does not make things easier. It is badly designed and does not do a better job than just breaking an egg by hand. It doesn't help at all. Save your money

Finally!
I gifted this to my roommate for Christmas. There was never a better gift. I was the egg opener as she shakes pretty badly. With this egg cracker she had regained some independence and I don't have to be in the kitchen. Yay

Breaks Yolk almost every time!
Waste of money - doesn't work. Purchased this for my vision impaired husband as he cannot see when he breaks a yolk or if any shell goes into the pan/bowl. He was not happy with it as it was hard to use and broke the yolk almost every time.
