Official Nintendo Wii Wheel Wii Remote Controller not included

I am a Mario Kart Wii Fanatic. I love Mario Kart Wii more than any other console game in existence. It has been my favorite console game for over five years. This Christmas my wife bought us a Wii and I bought us  Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel . The Wii she bought for us had two remotes, so of course I needed another wheel. I purchased this item pre-owned from Amazon's Used Warehouse for $4.75. It arrived promptly. It wasn't very clean when I received it, but after a through cleaning with rubbing alcohol and some minor scrubbing, the wheel looks brand new! There isn't a mark on it, even on the glossy blue circle on the back. This was my first experience with a used item on Amazon, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Now on to the wheel. The wheel itself is a wonderful addition to Mario Kart Wii. I know that people say you can play without it, and some even prefer it, but I would never dream of playing without a Wii Wheel.Reasons why I like it:1) It provides a more immersive experience - It feels more like you are "driving."2) It is easier to hold onto - The Wii controller by itself is pretty small, especially for a man. The wheel provides some extra surface area for my hands to wrap around, giving me more overall control.3) The Wii remote fits perfectly - there are a lot of cheap, off-brand Wii Wheels, but only an official Nintendo Wii Remote provides the perfect fit for your remote.I was extremely pleased with this product and would never be caught playing a racing game without it, especially Mario Kart Wii.

I recently purchased Mario Kart Wii and bought these wheels along with it to use! I've played the old Mario Kart games and loved them, but I was really curious about using the wheel with the Wii Remote. It works so well and is definitely worth buying! Don't bother getting one of the knock-offs, they don't work nearly as well! I have one of them and for whatever reason it doesn't work very well anymore! It worked fine the first few times, but after that it wouldn't let the cursor go very far on the screen (while the others worked just fine).I have to admit the wheels are a tad small, but they're still fairly comfortable and I think most people will find it easy to use/handle. I tried playing Mario Kart Wii with the Gamecube controller, thinking it might be simpler (since I've played the older ones) but they've changed the controls that the Wii Remote is easier to use than Gamecube. At least, for me.So far they still work great and I'm glad I bought these! I highly recommend buying the official one over the knock-off! :)Lastly, it's especially nice for those that aren't so great with lots of buttons or have trouble figuring out the controls. My mother isn't much of a gamer (not one at all) and so usually has trouble with the controllers. Which is always what shies her away from playing any games with the family. However, upon trying the game with the wheel she had so much fun she wanted to play again! She didn't do so well but it was still a lot easier for her than if she'd played the Gamecube version with us :)

I purchased this, as a second wheel to use with the Wii MarioKart game, when multiple drivers would be playing. I'd seen cheaper wheels on the market, all made by non-Nintendo brands, but I opted to purchase the official wheel, since I thought $10 was a great price.The wheel was a simple, but had a great design. It allows for the wrist strap to poke through the back of the wheel and be attached to a wrist, in case of crazy driving! It holds the Wii controller very securely, and still provides easy access to each button on the remote. It feels solid and durable, and I'm never afraid that it will come to pieces, should it be dropped or knocked around while playing.My family and I really enjoy the feel of the wheel when driving in steering games. It provides a more authenic feel when racing and makes driving, turning, and dodging a lot easier in general. Sure, you could continue to play with your remotes and nunchucks, but why would you? The wheel provides a more "real" driving experience, and won't empty your pocketbook in the process.

The Official Nintendo Wii Wheel works exactly as you would expect it to, has a solid overall build quality and is a comfortable size for kids and adults alike. It's not flashy or especially inspiring--it's the workaday device that does what it sets out to do, and does it well. For driving games like Mario Kart, the overall playability of the game is superior with the Wheel, no doubt about it.One critique--and the reason this isn't a five star rating.... The engineers at Nintendo did us all a huge favor by recognizing they needed to accommodate the Wii controller's safety strap--there is a pass through hole made especially for this purpose through the back of the Wheel. BUT, the loose end of the strap is too short to wear at that length, and really too long to tuck in neatly or clip on securely anywhere. So it just flops around while you play, which can be a little distracting. I suppose you could remove the strap from the controller every time, but that would be a huge pain.

Lol. You don't really need the wheel. It doesn't give you any kind of edge to have it. But, it really adds to the experience. About the right size for an adult or a kid to use. It's lightweight and durable. I don't think it would break without serious effort. I was surprised it didn't make my hands sweaty after a few hours of play. Maybe because Mario Kart is a little more relaxing of a game? Either way, it's cheap and it adds to the experience. It's a great way to get non-gamers to play along with you. A must for the party!

Prodotto originale ad un ottimo prezzo.Ho comprato anche l'equivalente Amazon Basics (non originale Nintendo), ma non ne vale la pena.Per un costo poco superiore, questo volante originale è di qualità decisamente superiore e la differenza si vede subito giocando.
