Fantastic Book
A wonderful must have book!James Davies background is an incredibly inspirational story.Well written, fabulously presented and easy to follow.Filled with great illustrations, explanations and tips on how to diagnose, treat and implement easy techniques to help not only with the physical problems but restores a healthy mindset approach too.Truly fabulous.

A must buy to keep you in tip top condition!!
Being a chef I’m always in pain my back always aches. My chest muscle are always tight and it’s mainly because I’m bent over all day cooking over a stove. Hence bad posture. I decided to buy a body by James Davis, hoping that I’d be able to implement some of these strategies helping me to relieve some of my aches and pains. I’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks now and I can honestly say I’m starting to feel a lot better. Like anything, you have to actually implement these Techniques and strategies into your daily routine to get the most of it. Definitely recommend buying, reading and implementing!!!

Looks beautiful on my shelf!
I bought this for my fitness-loving, not a big reader husband for Christmas and he loved it!! It's a great book to dip in and out of, covers common injuries and problems in layman's terms and isn't too technical whilst being trustworthy too. Bonus - the sparky green cover looks beautiful on my bookshelf! Big hit and great value!

Incredible information
As a working Mum I don’t stop running around since hitting my 40s I felt as though my body was giving up on me. Since reading this book I have managed to educate myself about my body, how to reset myself mentally and physically! I’ve learnt to self help and concentrate on areas I’ve felt aches and pains …..all thanks to this book! The tips and tricks are brilliant. It’s been a game changer for me Thank you.

Very interesting read
There are lots of good tips for me just now, but the book will definitely be referenced in the future for any further ailments. A worthwhile read from a very likeable author.

Simply written with ease of use, allows me to understand and discuss my pain. Of great use as a day by day reference to reset your body.I will recommend it to everyone, not only those who want to manage their pain but also those who want to maintain their pain free bodies as they age. Never too early to start. Great for health maintance, do not wait till you need a cure. Prevent os better than cure. Healthly body management!!!
