Dose the job as advertised...

I've been using it for a few weeks and I can say it works. You get it wet, but not dripping wet, and the evaporation of the water keeps you cool. Its not magic, but it helps on a hot day. It also keeps the sun off your neck. It works best when there is a breeze. The hotter the day or the stronger the breeze, the more often you will have to re-wet it. It doesn't work as well when it is very humid for obvious reasons.The 'up to three hours' claim is malarkey, though. Pure marketing hogwash. Under normal usage on a 90+ degree day with a light breeze I have to wet it 2-4 times an hour. So, you get 15 to 20 minutes of cooling before it diminishes. If you get it dripping wet it lasts longer but then it soaks through your shirt or drips onto things.Does it get stinky? Oh yeah, but no worse that the the headbands I wear at the same time. Again, its not magic. It is microfiber cloth. Like anything else, it starts to stink after absorbing your sweat and being next to your skin while you've been working on a hot day. I throw it in the laundry and it comes out smelling fresh. If you are between launderings I have found a quick cleaning in the sink with some hand or dish soap gets ride of the worst of it.Made in China10 inches by 40 inchesMachine washableComes in a polypropylene plastic container similar to a bottle.

This does cool you off, but after about five minutes, it just holds the heat on your neck and makes me hotter.

Being in the garden is my happy place except when it's hot out and hot I mean above 75 F. LOL My son gifted me one of these and I needed more than one so I bought more. Love them!

We bought three of these towels and they were a life saver.We have been going to our grandsons baseball games and they have no cover from the sun. It gets very hot and we have had to carry umbrellas around and wear hats but that does not cool things down. These towels do. My wife and son and myself all wore one and all of us agreed they were great. The price was right and the product was comfortable to wear. They are easily maintained and stored after use. I am sorry we didn't get these sooner. The team ordered them for each player to help them get through the heat too. They refresh them in the dugouts in buckets of ice water which seems to work very well. I don't know why all the teams wouldn't use them. Maybe they do?? I'd give them a six star rating but they limited me.

Didn't perform well at all. It is honestly just a wet, floppy & awkwardly long piece of cloth that didn't retain any water. Soaked it in an ice water cooler for hour before use and the cooling sensation wore off momentarily. I would not recommend this product for use in high humidity environments, it might work in dry heat such as AZ, CA or NV.

My son plays lacrosse and they can overheat pretty quick in the summer. I was surprised how long these rags stayed cool. Something we always carry now. :)

Material seems thick and likely because of its absorptive ability. Bought due to numerous positive reviews and got another brand to compare differences. In Singapore the weather can reach up to 36degC (96F) which makes outdoor exercise quite the killer.

Excellent product. Keeps you fresh without getting wet. Perfect companion for exercise routines, warm days at the beach or hikes. It helps to bring your body temperature down when you need it the most. Easy to use, get it wet move it around so it gets cold and then applied it to your skin. Durable product and does not smell! Really recommend it.

Actually works good. Was a little surprised that it did. Wish it was a little wider of a towel though.
