Our garden was doing great until one day I came home and found all our flowers on our cucumber plants had been eaten and the tomatoes were either eaten or left with a couple of teeth marks in them. I suspected the squirrel and immediately bought the netting. This afternoon. I watched as the squirrel came on the deck and was looking to get at the tomatoe plants. He sniffed around the netting, and soon left without bothering the plants. I was very happy I got this product! I gave it a four-star because I didn’t realize that the netting is in a circle and so it was a little difficult covering the plants until after I realized this, then it became much easier.

For a large fig tree, securing and wrapping it is difficult. The mesh catches on all the branches and leaves, making it hard to wrap the entire tree. I was hoping it was more like a large mesh bag, instead of it coming like a string and you need to unravel the entire mesh, awkward!! Trying wrap the tree like a present, as it catches on every part of the tree. I suppose it will do the job but there are branches that are unprotected and also at the Botten of the tree, squirrels are laughing at me now! But....the branches may be protected that are covered from birds; we will see!! The fruit is not rip yet. This is a two-man job to do it right!! More trouble than worth???

If you secure the edges it will keep birds and chipmunks out of a small berry patch. I cover up some for me and leave some uncovered for them. Works well
