Contains sodium fluoride (250 ppm F.) Directions Rinse mouth with 10-20ml of our delicious mouthwash twice a day for up to thirty seconds then expel. Products That Perform We worked with a third-party, independent testing house to determine the effectiveness of our Whitening Mouthwash. This showed that it will whiten teeth up to 5 shades whiter after two weeks use twice a day. Thoughtful Packaging We think very carefully about the materials we use for all our packaging. We have incorporated a high level of recycled content into our mouthwash bottles and labels. We are working on also doing this for the caps.
