This product ensures voice control IQ control but it is not working. Kindly do the needful for that function. otherwise all other function are worthy

Within 2 weeks the left side ear buds stopped charging
The product stopped working within 2 weeks of purchase , kindly don't buy this expensive waste of money.P.S - I sent it to service centre & apparently they replaced my ear buds with new ones , however even the new ones stopped working after 2 weeks , throwing these worthless earbuds

Wasted my money...
Virtually no after sales service support. Its been 2 months and the case is already malfunctioning with the left earbud not sitting right in it. This is preventing it from charging.Besides that, the microphone is very bad. It cannot be used for voice calls.

Avoidable Product
1. The volume level is very low.2. Low frequency reproduction is not upto the mark.3. The calling feature is ok..better than others4. Since audio quality is not ok, its not worth that price. Find another product
