I Love my turfting gun but still learning to use it.

The media could not be loaded. This is not a cut pile and loop pile gun. They substitute the punch needle for the actual loop pile for the gun. I have to buy a loop pile needle for the gun .

Wonderful gun that is smooth, easy to use, and strong. The only issue is I paid for a cut AND loop gun. It is only cut-pile.

I think it’s great to start/ practice with initially I thought I was cutting the fabric but it was actually the gun ripping the fabric after making countless rugs and proper techniques but definitely worth the cheaper price tag

It’s just a cut pile gun and they give you a needle to make a loop pile

Everything is included in box according to the description EXCEPT being cut pile AND Loop pile. (Loop Pile Addition NOT Included) <- more accurate description

I received this product as a gift and after one use it stopped working . The machine won’t even power on.

These are some of the rugs again the only complaint was Omaha to change out the plug
