Q: Can these be used inside the shoe to prevent slipping?

Thank you for your question. We wouldn't suggest using these inside the shoe to prevent slipping because they could be a bit too hard and we actually have other products for anti-slipping. This one is made of leather: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YTHTTFH This leather pads are designed with toe-matched support that provides good resistance for forefoot slippage. This one is made of gel: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBPFDMV6 These pads are designed in a shape of filling under the ball of your foot - they are capable of stoping your feet from sliding forward and helping with the toe hangover. Please feel free to let us know if you need more help.

Q: What glue can you add so they don’t fall off?

I dont think you really need to add glue but I did just to be extra safe that it will stay on. I just used some gorilla glue. I really really like these! They have held up well and I gave them my best test on a wet very slippery surface once all things were completely dry and all edges were stuck on well and it worked! I recommend them and will buy them again. They do the job of not slipping very well and the best I have found! :-)

Q: Do these stop the clicking loudness of high heels ?
