I've been using bands one way or another for 5+ years. I have some from WOD Nation, as well as some from Rogue Fitness. The quality is the same, the price is better with WOD Nation. The instructional info was an added bonus. They don't have any funky smell, which is perfect if you want to use or store inside your home. Not so important if you use in a garage like I do.My next band purchase will definitely be from WOD Nation.

I ordered one of these and it was so stuck together it tore in several areas. I figured it was a fluke so I ordered another one. I used it maybe twice and noticed it was already starting to tear. I've used bands like this over 10 years and have never had a problem like this. Go somewhere else folks.

Got a black and red to start. Great to incorporate into the home gym setup. Liked them so much ended up getting a few more and higher resistance ones to do double-arm work simultaneously. I work in the fitness/rehab field and IMO these are much more robust than the ubiquitous thin and more fragile exercise bands.Owners were responsive to questions. Will see how the bands go for longevity after regular use but at this point would recommend and buy again!
