Speakers didn’t work

This is a beautiful player with one default,when I ordered it, it stated and showed a video of playing while camping but didn't come with the 12 volt hookup got a 12volt hook up and supplied voltage it plays 45s but on 33s it drags or runs slow and then fast and then normal and back too slow and then stops. So it won't play 33s on 12volts turn table turns too slow too play.

I bought this record player as a birthday gift for my mom. The sound quality is even better than I expected and she has been enjoying it. It connects to Bluetooth so you can also play music from your phone. It’s conveniently portable and not too heavy. Definitely pleased with this purchase!
