At work, we had some pressure mats that had this type of mini-telephone style connector. I didn't want to hack the cable, so I ordered this. It works great - plug in, and the tap into the screw terminals on the other side.

I mistook this for a 4-pin telephone jack receptacle but this is much narrower. Many things use telephone jacks but this won't work for them.It's well made and I'll keep it.
