Muscle Strength Boosters
This vitamin gave me a big boost in muscle strength through my upper back, shoulders and arms and gave me back my energy and the desire to do all the things I love to do. The pills are easy to swallow, I have not had an upset stomach and I can lift my 30lb granddaughter with ease.

What I have learned...
I was hoping this supplement would be a panacea for my aging, osteopenia...I take 35 mcgs. of Fosamax weekly and do well with it. I just thought I needed a little help. It's taken me 4 months to figure out; but it's clear I'm getting enough calcium in my diet that I do NOT need this supplement but more to the point? It created constipation which I've never had in my life...I stopped it...My "normalacy" has returned. Too much calcium will do this to a person; that I knew. I just thought I knew what I was doing and even my bone doc agreed yesterday. "Live and learn". They are finding it will also harden the tissue around organs...Best to KNOW before you "leap" like I did, foolishly, but am grateful to have learned!

The review of the product is quite clear. Others that I have used actually taste like the the rock they were processed from. I'm willing to pay to avoid that.
