Works well , easy to install , dedicated customer care
- Easy to setup , this fits into existing Anchor Roma switch slots. ( I did the wiring myself )- Normally , switching is done on 'live' wires that connect to the load ( bulb , fan etc ) , but keep in mind that a neutral wire connection is needed for this.- Use a 2.4GHz wifi for this switch. Also specify the name (identifier) of the hotspot.- App is pretty easy to use.- I use this with a schedule to switch on and off lights at specific times , the scheduling is done using the app.- Extremely dedicated customer care team.

Half of the switches stopped working within a month of installation.
The media could not be loaded. Bought 19 of these switches.They started failing one after other within a month of installation.Returned 4 switches already and sending another 2 now.Two other start working after restart (this happens every 3-4 days) - Frustrating to restart them every now and then.Note: Each switch has load between 12W to 50W with either LED or BLDC fan on each node.There is no voltage spike/fluctuations. Stabilizers and inverters are in place.16A switches connected to ACs. No 16A switch has failed yet.

Good Wifi Switch
Tata Power EZ Wifi switch is of good quality but it fades or turns off-white in a one year or so. May be because of non UV plastic used for manufacturing the switch body, but it will not become pale.It fits perfect with Anchor Roma modular switch board and it is very easy to install and configure with Alexa / Google nest if DIY.Just basic knowledge of electric wiring is needed.Only problem is after sales service if your switch becomes faulty.Very Poor, not expected from TATA's.

No service support
As installed the switch worked fine. It could be switched on and off through alexa or Google home.The seller claims 2 year of warranty.After ~15 month of installation, the switch is not working. It is getting hot and a shrill noise is emitted.I couldn't raise a service support through Amazon.I have raised service request in TATAezhome support page inputting all details from invoice number to part serial number.No response for more than 3 months

Excellent Product....
Excellent product and very easy to install. The Tata Mobile App is very user friendly and there are lots of features in the App. Only concern is the cost of the product...which is a bit on the higher side.

Not working just been a month
The media could not be loaded. It’s just been a month and they are not working. Raised a req to customer care 3 days back no response yet.

Finally connected to Alexa after speaking to tata power support
Edit - my issue resolved and connected to Alexa nowOld reviewDoesn’t connects to Alexa - No support/ the guys at support doesn’t help . Don’t buy this useless product if want a voice control device
