Great vitamins but bad after taste
I really like this brand and it has a lot of great ingredients but the taste is just really bad. I am not a sensitive person when it comes to taking vitamins and usually have no problems taking them but these have been difficult to take. The smell is very strong and the burps afterwards last a long time especially if taken with a light meal. I split them two in the morning and two in the evening but I have to take them after a decent meal to lessen the after taste and burps. I am breastfeeding so I can't imagine being pregnant while taking these and the handling the smell/taste well. If not for that I would have really liked these for the ingredients listed.

BEST prenatals!!!
I absolutely LOVE these prenatals! This is my third time ordering :) The ingredients are SO good and clean. Other reviews complain shout the smell, I found that it smells like natural pills but nothing overwhelming. I didn’t have any trouble with burps smelling like the pills like other reviews stated. I feel better taking these, knowing the clean ingredients will be going to my little one.

Makes me feel great
I’ve tried multiple different prenatal vitamins but this one has been superior to the rest. Since taking, I’ve noticed increased energy and a pretty significant difference in my mood..including less anxiety and a more general feeling of positive well being. Quality product with a lot of thought and care put into the ingredients and dosing.

Not just for mom’s to be!
Biomeology Prenatal Vitamins - Non-GMO Vegan Methylated Pregnancy Multivitamin with Bioavailable Nutrients – Nutrition, Fetal Development with Methylfolate, Choline, Zinc, Vitamin D (120 Capsules)These vegan prenatal vitamins include folate. A win for expectant mothers, however; I’m beyond childbearing and I’m taking them too.My doctor said prenatal vitamins are good for everyone, he even takes them. They are chock full of everything we need, a lot of which we don’t get via our diets.I’m happy with these, you might be too. At $35 for 1 month, these are reasonably priced.🤗 Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!😊5★

Good vitamins; generally complete and easy to swallow
My wife and I are trying for a second kid at the moment, so she's been doing everything possible to get herself ready, and that includes taking prenatals. These have a variety of vitamins and minerals that are beneficial before and during pregnancy (and frankly even when one is not pregnant or trying). These are easy to swallow for my wife, who's not a huge fan of taking pills, and thankfully so, since the serving is four of them.As for what they contain, it's basically everything you can think of that's commonly suggested for daily multi-vitamins and prenatals. In my mind, one of the most significant ingredients in any prenatal vitamin should be folate or folic acid. A lack of that can result in problems in brain development, neural tube defects, and so on. The CDC suggests prospective mothers begin taking around 4,000mcg daily several months prior to pregnancy. Folic acid is also what can cause some prenatals to be a bit hard on the stomach, especially for women who already suffer from stomach issues. This vitamin has 1,500mcg of folate, so it'll get you partway there, but you should also be consuming foods rich in folate (dark colored greens and veggies as well as some beans and legumes) to get the rest of the way, or if not, supplement with dedicated folate pills or gummies.Overall, a good and mostly complete prenatal multivitamin, and one my wife will continue to take when we (hopefully) get that pregnancy we're after!

Good ingredients but cause bad after taste and smell.
Was very excited for these pre/postnatal vitamins. I began using them at 3 weeks post partum. The ingredient list is good. The price for the amount is also decent. The smell however is overly pungent. My hand will smell like them until I wash them when taking. And the after tastes and after burps are awful. I always take them immediately after a large meal and they still make me feel a bit nauseated and the burps and after taste seems to last the rest of the day. I’m definitely not a fan of that, nor that a serving size is 4 pills. I’ve considers splitting up the dose to twice a day but I can’t fathom having that taste/smell and burps for the entire day so I’ve continued taking them as advertised. I won’t be ordering them again and hope I can keep up with finishing the bottle as I know they’re good for me. I normally have no issues with other medications, vitamins or supplements with regards to this issue.

Great ingredients but unpleasant to take
I was really excited to try these because the ingredients looked well thought out and clean and the product description sold me. The packaging is cute, and these do appear to be higher end vitamins. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering these again. The pills are very large, have an unpleasant taste, and are on the harder side to swallow. The dosage is also 4 of these large pills a day. Right now, I can just about stomach them because I am not pregnant, just breastfeeding. But these absolutely would not work for me while pregnant with any nausea at all. This seems like a pretty big problem for a pill created for pregnant people.

Good multi vitamins
These have a great amount of good nutrients for everyone. I'm a senior, and my appetite isn't that great anymore, I don't eat like I did in my younger years. Also due to dental issues, I don't eat the right foods. I can no longer enjoy a good salad. That being said, I decided to try these prenatal vitamins, because they are full of good nutrients. Taking them 2 times a day isn't too bad. They do have a bit of an aftertaste, with some nasty burps, but not as bad as other types of supplements I've had.
