Most of this very short book has good information. One huge error (Possibly Typo?) is a heading where it says to eat every 3 to 4 hours, which is a huge mistake! I'm hoping they meant to say NOT to eat every 3 to 4 hours. Optimally you want to REDUCE your number of meals per day, with 2 meals being optimum. Eating frequently keeps insulin and leptin elevated, which is the exact opposite of what you want to do! :)

The book felt more like a pamphlet in that it was not very substantial, in content or in size for the price. And the recipes were Paleo, though they were labeled as such, I could have gotten that same information for free elsewhere.
