This is what I’ve been waiting for! These capsules really are worth the money. I’m not the person who normally writes reviews but I thought that this turmeric from BioEmblem definitely deserved one. Recently, I’ve been trying to go the more natural route with what I put in my body to heal myself. That means not just eating cleaner, but also adding more supplements into my diet. I read online about turmeric and all of its benefits beyond just flavor, like how it’s great for inflammation, mood, joints, and digestion.After 2 weeks of taking this bottle, I’m definitely feeling an effect. I’ve always taken daily walks around my neighborhood, sometimes 2 to 3 miles in the morning. As I got older, I experienced more and more soreness and pain in my ankles and knees. But after a week of these capsules, almost ZERO pain and ZERO stiffness in my joints. I never realized how big of a factor inflammation was in these sorts of things and I really believe that this turmeric helped.I’m also a big fan of the black pepper extract in this. After reading a Consumer Lab report and doing my research online, I learned that black pepper can really help boost how much I absorb the turmeric curcumin. And to make things even better, the turmeric root in here is ORGANIC! Get a bottle and try it for a few weeks, I’m sure you won’t regret it.

This is a good quality supplement! I got these turmeric capsules to improve overall health and immune function, and to help relieve pain and decrease inflammation. I usually make my own natural turmeric and anti-inflammatory supplements (often with ginger, tart cherry, celery seed and black pepper extracts), but I occasionally purchase them as well.These capsules are easy to swallow and are mostly filled with powder, which is something I always appreciate (many capsules on the market are only half full). The ingredients are good, and they genuinely help for those with inflammatory diseases like arthritis, osteoarthritis and gut disorders. Although these types of supplements should only be taken as a part of your whole treatment, they can make a big difference in the long run. Curcumin has a ton of health benefits, including cognitively and physically. This is definitely a product I would purchase again.

A product like this is getting harder to find. I have arthritis and can't use NSAIDs. My Doctor recommended Turmeric/curcumin with Bioperine instead. Those on blood thinners please do not use! I researched that the less preservatives and additives the more effective the product. BioEmblem is that product. Not only do they have the best balance of curcumin and Bioperine, at least 1000 mg and 10 mg respectively, it has the least junk added and it is sold at a great price. Yes I got a free bottle for this write up but I wouldn't be ordering this product if it wasn't effective. I even give it to my elder dog. I mix it with her salmon or tuna and she loves it! I notice a big difference in her comfort level. One recommendation is that 3 capsules is not necessary, 2 is plenty to be effective. I give 1 to my 20 lb dog.

I got this product to alleviate all over itchiness that I have due to an autoimmune disorder. I noticed relief of my symptoms in a couple of days. I am so happy I found this product because it has significantly improved my condition. After my symptoms improved I stopped taking this and my itchiness came right back so I know it works. Highly recommend for autoimmune diseases where all over itchiness is one of your symptoms. (Shingles, Fibromyalgia. Lupus, etc.)
