I wanted to try something new, and thank goodness I did. The curls were great, but the smell of this spray is fantastic!

I'm not in love with the scent, but it is doable. It lingers for awhile, then eventually simmers down. The main thing is that it does create the "beachy waves"- soft but a little rough and crunchy (beach waver products roughen up the cuticle). I tend to use it less for the waves, and more for the added texture and fullness that these products can create. It makes for nice braids, and gives my hair more holding oomph when I pull it up into a bun. Always makes me look and feel like I have more hair than I do. Since the scent doesnt totally gross me out, and that the formula does as written, I think it is a product worth trying.

Hairdresser recommended this product. Lightweight texturizing spray. Adds a bit of texture to clean hair before curling it. Also just enough hold to keep my natural waves from frizzing. Smells great.

I use this product often. It is great, just squirt in my shower wet hair and style.

I was hoping for beach waves but instead got kinda crusty feeling hair. But it did help my hair hold curl a little better like hairspray kinda.

you can create a lot of different looks. it is not stiff or crunchy , my husband uses it too.

9/12/21~ Almost didn't get this bc thought may be too heavy.Turns out this has a lighter texture than ABC's 'Airy Texture Spray'.Bc it's a More gentle product than most Salon Stylers, you have to build.Found it best to spritz my hands first, then scrunch.Then spray directly, and scrunch some more.Don't know why the in-hand 1st gave better results but happy curls, happy girl.Authentic Beauty Concept is one of my fave Redken-like brands.Silicone Free & Cruelty Free means my hair won't suffer, and neither will the bunnies.So if it takes a minute, or a learning curve to figure it out, worth it bc it works.

I absolutely love everything this brand makes. I used to use a beach salt spray by Davines, which made my hair look more voluminous and texturized without feeling crunchy or stiff. It’s pretty expensive, so I was excited to try this one and compare. Other salt sprays I’ve tried tend to leave a ton of buildup in my hair, which weighs it down and makes it hard to brush through.This one is SO GOOD! It smells amazing (slightly perfumey, so if you’re sensitive to fragrances this might be too much for you). Gives my hair lots of texture and hold without feeling too gritty. I love how it has a mattifying effect, but doesn’t end up making my hair look dirty. The less you use the better!! This should last a long time. I like to spray a bit to the underside of my hair as I’m blow drying for extra “oomph” and volume from underneath. My hair feels soft to the touch.Any buildup that occurs with this can easily be removed by using a clarifying shampoo once or twice a week. So far, the pimp hasn’t “gummed up”’or gotten clogged.Totally worth the price. Hope this helps! 🏖
