Switch Won’t Work with Alexa
I have spent an hour trying to get the Tuya to work with Alexa. First, Smart Life app recognizes, pairs and works with the switch. Second Alexa recognizes and pairs with the switch, but when I turn on the switch a “there is a problem” message comes up. I have deleted it from Alexa and reinstalled with no luck. So I try to add it to the Tuya app thinking that if added to the Tuya app, Alexa will then control the switch, but the switch refuses to pair with its own app. I’ve followed the directions for EZ and AP with no luck. I am at a point where I want smash this miserable switch with a hammer. This is not my first rodeo with this stuff. I have installed a number of GE switches and Smart Life switches.

Best affordable switch
I've tried a few smart switches and this is the best affordable one. Don't have to reconnect when power goes out like some. Easy connection via smartlife app. I just never have to worry about these.

Cheaply made
Range for wifi is bad even in a small house. Use of app to control them isn't the same as my other ones and not nearly as easy

A Nice Upgrade from a Manually Operated Light Switch
A very easy to install smart light switch as long as you make sure the electrical box is large enough for it. Installation took mere minutes and connecting to the app took just as fast. Once connected, we were able to remotely control the lights and set a schedule to automatically turn off for bedtime. There are two very minor things that annoyed us a little. One is that fact the face plate is not completely centered and flushed with the switch most likely because it is so flexible. Another is the fact that the app is not as instantaneous as other brands out there like Kasa, which we also use.

Good looking works as it should...
Been slowly making our house "smart", so this switch is a great addition to the system. It's good looking, sleek and modern. Packed well.I picked this one up because it works with the smart life app, which I already have on my phones and many other devices set up on it. Don't need more apps on my phone. Switch works as it should and set up is pretty much like any switch.Awesome switch, better price, would recommend.

Easy to install
This smart switch is very easy to install, the WIFI connection is stable, easy to connect and operate via the mobile app. It helps me to avoid walking to the room to turn on/off, just simple clicked on the phone.

Great smart light switch
Everything works as it should. I used google homes and it works very well. Just need to follow the steps and set it up. The sides are old style connections so it saves up space inside the box.

Easy to install
Super easy to install. I use an android so google assistant controlled the device. Simple voice commands gets the switch to trigger. Theres nothing more you need in terms of automating your home.
