For men, taking 400 iu or more of Vitamin E daily is bad for the prostate. It could give you prostate cancer, according to the computer based learning I just took to renew my Professional Registered Nurse license. A Reds has 400 iu of Vitamin E in the daily dose. This product has none.

Sunflower oil added to these supplements isn't good. This seed oil contains omega 6 which is extremely inflammatory which in tern defeats the purpose of taking this product.
