Fit front passenger door 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. This one had an extra arm (purple connector in the picture) that I think would go to an actual key lock cylinder if you had one. My van does not have a key on this door, so I took the purple plastic piece off. Works flawlessly.

Good Value
Replaced myself to fix the passenger side door lock issue for 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. Good value for the money, can't verify how long it will last, the original lasted about 10 years but nowadays even 3-4 years you're lucky. If it lasts at least a few years, it's a good buy if you install yourself which is possible. If you have to pay a dealer or mechanic shop it gets expensive fast.
