Works well once you can get your cellphone aligned
Used on a 3", 4" and 5" dobsonian telescopes with 1.25 eyepieces. Modern cellphones have greatly improved their cameras and for casual users, it works great. The good:*It will hold a large phone with the case on.*Seems to hold onto the eyepiece tightly, even for heavier phones at odd angles.*Does not interfere with focuser.*No need to buy an SLR camera or drag out a laptop with a USB camera.*Easy to attach to other telescopes.*Seems to have enough hinged parts to accommodate any size/shape phone.*Works with barlows and numerous sized eyepieces.*Allows multiple people to see an image. No more eye relief worries. The less good:*Wiggling Wiggle mount. Touching your phone to take a pic, or touching your telescope, will make the image break dance. The more you zoom, the worse it will be.*Switching eyepieces is a pain. You basically have to start over with repositioning your phone.*Modern phones have multiple lenses. Changing your camera settings, zooming, going wide angle, etc, etc could cause a different lens to activate. And you're back to repositioning your phone.*You'll need to understand and tweak your phone's Pro camera settings to use this mount. Manual focus is a must too. Don't bother with Auto settings.*Would be nice if you could easily adjust how far the phone is from the eyepiece. They all have a different sweetspot.*Given how inherently wiggly this mount is, no idea if you could use it on a clock drive. Literally a light breeze will make your image flutter.

Complicated
I originally wanted it because it looked simple. In the box, no instructions. What a hassle!! You have to remove your phone case and that in itself is a hassle. Then you have to get your phone exactly in place over the hole on the lens by twisting and clamping the phone at an angle. 30 minutes later I thought I had it and when I attached it to my telescope, it fell off and I had to start over.I returned it and got one that clamps right over the lens.
