The ring splitter is awesome! I no longer have to use my thumbnail which tickles me, don't know why I haven't done it before now. The split rings that came with it or nice and sturdy great variety of colors and shades. Guess I was just so excited about how smoothly everything was going on while I was creating my jewelry that I didn't notice that the big jump rings were not in the package. Only when I went to go get one. No big deal I guess, would have been nice but no big deal I like the product

This came just as advertised. I can't imagine trying to add any rings to anything with out the tool. It takes a little practice to get the hang of it, but then its wonderful!

The pliers had rust on them and don’t have a lip on the bottom part to catch the ring while your trying to open it.

The media could not be loaded.  The tool came sticky, dirty and stuck! Was unable to open. Had to run under hot water

the pliers actually had some rust spots on them and they didn't have a really deep notch in them to hold the spring rings open.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this product. I am returning it immediately. The pliers have rust on them and smell really foul. The safety grips on the handles fall off and it seems like these are fourth-hand pliers. Not what I was buying.

Overall it was pretty good. The pliers came with some rust and residue on them. The rings are just like pictured though.
