The item is perfect and size, and value paid is right, cleaning is very easy, only to fit the lid it takes few seconds to correctly attach to the blades. Rest is fine and very simple to use just chop down the pieces to adequate size and left work is done in seconds. Precise for kitchen use.

I bought this as it had 5 blades that obviously should give fine chopping... And it did !!!However, there is acute deign flaw.1. The blade assembly is not not sturdy. The moment you put vegies in it, it tilts. Now, you cannot place the cover as the alignment is shifted.2. If you put bigger pieces of vegies, even soft ones, you will not be able to pull the thread. Obvously because dur to 5 blades, there is not enough space left for movement of blades.This product is workable only if you1. Cut vegies to small pieces2. Put small quantity of vegies at one time
