I lost my nice earbuds and decided it would be better to get cheap ones in case I lose them again.The first pair of these Hntmaos I received was defective. One of the earbuds would go from a full charge to dead in 30 minutes. I contacted their customer service and explained the issue. They responded quickly and got me set up with a replacement.I was so pleased until about a week later when the new pair started messing up. More often than not, the buds don't make proper contact in the charging base. This means they stay connected to your phone, or sometimes randomly reconnect, when you think they're off (lots of fun when you make, or answer an important phone call and don't figure out why you can't hear anything until it's too late), then when you try to use them next they're dead. You CAN clean the contact with alcohol and a q-tip to get a better connection, but it has to be done after almost every use and that isn't always effective. it's definitely not worth it; buy yourself a quality product instead of a cheap one.To sum up, the customer service is great, but the product is reliably bad.

I have owned many pairs of non bluetooth wired earbuds. These earbuds sound really full, treble and bass and midtones. The key is to have them fitting in your ears correctly. This type of earbud stays in my ears, no problem at all. I actually can go upstairs in my house and they reach up there...perhaps that's my wifi, I don't really know, but they reach. I know people have said they are hard to get out of the case. It takes a little practice, but it gets a little easier with time. I think that is a complaint of most earbuds in cases like these. If you can't get them to work, read the instructions. I am very very happy and will probably order another pair while they are inexpensive!!! Oh, also work very well as noise cancellation! Just ordered a second pair. I wanted some white ones because people kept talking to me because I have brown hair and they could not see I had on earbuds. So great to order a white pair. Gave my black ones to my wife who has blond hair. I don't understand all the bad reviews. Maybe they got lemons or simply are not using them correctly.

UPDATE: customer service reached out to me very quickly and sent me a new earbud that works way better. Original review: The earbuds are a great affordable alternative for an apple airpod. Everything was fine until I tried the Siri feature, when I tapped it once and asked Siri a question she sounded perfect but when I click on the Siri icon and ask another question she sounds like a high pitched robot, all squeaky and muffled ( I have an iPhone 12 btw) so I tried 5 more times and I got the same result, then I tried asking again which was fine but this time instead of clicking the Siri icon I would click the headphones again to ask another question and this time Siri sounded fine. So I guess the issue is, if u want to ask Siri more than one question you will have to ask then cancel and ask the second question, then literally 30 minutes later the earbuds STOPPED working and I am very disappointed. Really need a refund ASAP!! I got a defected earbud. Thank you.

I am updating this review to decrease my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Here is why:- Charging case cover broke off within one year, just fell apart in my hand, did not drop it or anything. The case will still charge the earbuds if I hold it closed with a rubber band.- The earbuds are very slippery, small, and difficult to remove from the charging case due to how snugly they fit. Nice because they don't slip out in your bag, really annoying for everything else.- Left earbud stopped working completely around the same time the charging case disintegrated. The right earbud will still charge and play music, but...- Battery life has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. When I first bought these one earbud at 100% would last me almost a full workday. After a few months one earbud would last me about 4 hours. Now an earbud at 100% will drop to 20% within ONE HOUR of regular use. :(And, my least favorite feature:- I find the voice assistant to be extremely obnoxious - most notably, when the battery reaches 20%, she repeats the phrase "BATTERY LOW." Every THIRTY SECONDS until the earbuds reach 0%, making it so they are effectively unusable from 20% down to 0%.They served me well while I had them, the positives below are still true - but I would not even be interested in a replacement pair, due to the above issues.Original Review:I rarely leave reviews but I'm excited these worked out so well, so here's what I liked.- Sound is crystal clear! Bass isn't super strong, but the quality of the sound is comparable to my wired earbuds. Music, podcasts, and phone calls all sound great.- The one click button navigation is super intuitive. I was at work like, how do I turn these things down a little bit.. Tried a few things and figured it out quickly without the need for a manual- Comfortable, and haven't fallen out of my ears yet even once! I work in landscaping, so I move around quite a bit, I sweat, sometimes I'm wearing a hard hat, and still, they never get uncomfortable- Cute design. I really like the simple, minimalistic look to the charging case, and the matte black is nice, and the plastic is kind of heavier feeling, if that makes sense. They manage to look and feel more expensive than they are.
