Found a bug inside, sewn inside, the quilting. It was cream colored so visible on both sides. I had purchased this lightweight quilt for my mom who was very elderly and visually impaired. I found this bug as I was making her bed. Tried to return it but received a great deal of aggravation as Amazon passed on the responsibility to the sellers. Too much of a hassle. I threw it out. Do not purchase from this seller. And I’ve become more cautious buying from Amazon.

This is the 2nd one of the identical quilt I've purchased in 3 years. As a pet owner, I wash the comforter WEEKLY. This has held up to the abuse wonderfully. It fits in a typical home washer ( on "heavy duty" or "bulky" ) with no problem. After the first two years, some of the edging seams started to come loose, but were a quick repair. It has not shredded or faded at all otherwise. I purchased a 2nd one just to rotate between the two. I use a king size on a full bed to serve as more of a bedspread that a typical comforter. It is light weight but warm enough for Florida winters and cool enough for year round.

I’m happy with this quilt. The fabric is very soft. Straight out of the package the overall construction was stiff but loosened up after the first wash. After careful inspection I did not have any flaws with the stitching or seams. I purchased two quilts in the full/queen size. Gold for the master (queen) and bright white for the guest bed (full). This quilt is substantial without being too heavy. It is great for layering throughout the year. My husband and I sleep at different temperatures. He gets warm easily and I tend to stay cooler. I currently (winter, Alaska) have this layered over a flat sheet and a knitted blanket. We’ll probably ditch the blanket layer during the warmer months. The “Gold” transforms depending on the lighting. It is definitely a true gold in natural light (bottom of photo) and turns more yellow in artificial lighting (laundry room light). Although they also washed well, I’m not currently using the shams. I have attached a picture of the gold quilt on my queen bed (mixing in my cream and red floral shams). It drapes well past my mattress and does a good job at hiding the box spring too. I do wish the corners were squared off instead of rounded. It would create a more modern/updated look. It does attract animal fur, so keep a lint brush close by. This quilt is a bargain compared to similar styled cotton versions. I’ll come back and update when I get the chance to put the guestroom together.

I have a King bed with an extra thick mattress and have always struggled to find a quilt/comforter that would cover the matress if even the sheet on the bottom and sides. I am pleased to report that this one does! I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering another in a different color.

I can't find oversized quilts in local stores. Our mattress is too thick and most quilts will not cover sides adequately. The price for this quilt is a great value. We sleep with a large dog and wash our bedding weekly. We have washed it 4 times so far and it is holding out well. I'm planning to buy another quilt for a gift.

I love this spread for several reasons: It's machine wash/dry-able with no issues, it insulates well but doesn't weigh you down, it's got simple classic style, it's a great value. You can layer it with other spreads for more impact in decorating, it looks good with both the same style in another color, or completely different styles. I have mine layered with 2 other light spreads at the moment (it's winter and I layer spreads so the weight starts at the waist then the knees/feet) and it looks great as the main colorway with 2 different prints on top.

New out of the package, the pillow shams were not sewed all the way and there were strings of frayed material. The comforter itself shrunk A LOT after I washed it.. used cold water wash and dried on reg. setting. Very disappointed in the poor quality.

The color is more a light sea foam green, not sky blue as the description and picture would have you to believe. The packaging was labeled sky blue as well. Sadly after the first washing, per the manufacturer and vendor's directions, the seems have torn (see picture). The weight and quilting are perfect for summer in South Carolina, however, the fabric and stitching quality are lacking and the color labeling is not correct.

I'm impressed. It took me weeks of reading reviews and looking for the right colour for my king bed. It covers all sides nicely and is soft.I just got it, so I have not washed it yet to see if there are any irregularities in the material.

Unable to open package to get full effect to be able to return. Unzipped top and seen not complimentary to my decor. Cost 2 x more in return shipping to return package, so all together about $30 lost.

Love the colour and the price is very reasonable considering the quality .

Was looking for something lighter than a comforter or duvet, his fit the bill.
