It’s ok… but the answer key should be easier accesible
Not a bad book, but the annoying thing here is that the answers are in the back of the book, so if you trying to really learn the puzzle, and you constantly have to go back and forth between the final page and the first page… it can really drain your energy. Chess.com has ultimately a better set up. But this book isn’t bad. Maybe a good idea would be if they included a print out of the answer key so you wouldn’t have to go to the back of the book over and over again then I would give it a 5 star.

Confusing
We have family members that are very knowledgeable in chess, but this book in confusing. No directions are provided. I do not recommend it.

Enjoyable puzzles
Really like this book. Some of the puzzles are easy, some are real stinkers. Either way, they are providing good experience and improving my chess. I don't care that there aren't any detailed descriptions of why you need to make certain moves... that is for the reader to figure out. The answer to each puzzle is in the back of the book. I've found it useful to put real pieces on a real board, it helps me to think, rather than just using the images in the book. Many hours of fun. After this book I'm hoping to progress onto the mate in 3 book and so on.
