Ravishing and resourceful Carla Campbell (Gina Lollobrigida, Woman of Straw) sure knows how to make the best of things. Once a frightened young girl, shes transformed herself into one San Forino, Italys leading citizens. And thanks to generous support checks from three American GIs she met during WWII each of who thinks hes the father of her daughter Gia (Janet Margolin, Last Embrace). But now the 23rd Regiment is hosting a 20-year reunion in San Forino and all three fathers are on their way to town and much to Mrs. Campbells frantic dismay, her daughter cant wait to meet her real dad!
