Exceptional Product & Unmatched Customer Service!
I’ve been using the CircuPool RJ45+ Salt Water Chlorination System for six months, and I couldn’t be happier. This system works perfectly—exactly as advertised. I’ve had other systems in the past, but none have come close to the reliability and performance of this one. What truly sets CircuPool apart is their outstanding customer service. As someone new to working on my pool systems, I decided to install the unit myself. While the installation instructions were clear, I made a small mistake and couldn’t figure out what went wrong. When I called customer service, an actual human answered and walked me through the fix step-by-step in just minutes. The person assisting me had personal experience with the same model and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. What blew me away even more was their follow-up. A few weeks later, John from their team called me to check in and make sure the system was running smoothly. This level of care is rare and refreshing. Not only is the product excellent, but the customer service truly goes above and beyond. I’ve already recommended CircuPool to friends with pools, and I’ll continue to sing their praises. If you’re considering a saltwater system, you can’t go wrong with CircuPool.Trust me—you’ll have an amazing experience with both the product and the team behind it!

Excellent salt system, comprehensive display
This salt system replaces an IntelliChlor one. This one adds real information versus indicator lights, easy to see the plates to see condition.Installation was not to hard, however the mounting rings for the cell are different enough from the IntelliChlor that they had to be replaced with the ones that were included with it.Really liking this system, easy to use, easy to set chlorine levels, and then let it work automatically.

Easy install and perfect for our pool.
This unit is very easy to install and the videos are great to have as reference (check out their website). I installed this in about an hour making sure to follow the directions closely. It has been about 6 months now and I have not had any issues. I made sure to add UV protection for both the controller and cell as the installation location gets 90% sun all day. **One thing to note** I was very conservative when adding salt. The calculation called for 9 bags for the pool and I put in 7 (you can add more salt easily). I ended up being right in the middle of the targeted range. This is not the cheapest cell on the market but it works very well. It has been a little over 6 months and I have not had any issues.

Great product and great service
I've been using the RJ45+ since 2012 on a 20k gallon pool. The first one I bought was a refurbished one directly from Circupool. It came with a 3 year limited warranty and lasted about that long, but they still worked with me to replace it with another refurbished one. The second one lasted close to 7 years with one cell replacement during that time. Because it worked so well and was so easy to maintain, I finally decided I was going to buy a brand new one off of Amazon. Unfortunately, the cell went out after 2.5 years, but again the support team had a brand new one to me less than 5 days. Considering the cost of chlorine these days, I can only imagine how much money I've saved over the past 11 years. Other than routine cleaning, it's probably the easiest part of my pool to maintain. I live in Texas and didn't have to add chlorine or shock once during this past summer (2023). My only advice is to set money aside for cell replacements (warranty is prorated) and buy a size up. So if you have a 20k gallon pool, get the RJ45+. If you have 30k gallons, get the RJ60+.

Wonderful replacement for my old Pool Pilot Nano
My old Pool Pilot Nano gave up the ghost and I got tired of replacing the cell and fixing the main unit. I decided on this CircuPool RJ30+ Complete Salt Water Chlorination System based on a lot of research and reviews. I'm so glad I decided on this brand and model. It's made such a big difference in the quality of my 15,000 gallons of pool water. I love the fact that I can visually see the chlorine being made and sent to the pool. I installed it by by myself in just an hour or so. There are a few really good YouTube videos out there that will help. Make sure when you calculate the size of the unit you need that you buy a unit that is rated for more pool water then you have.

Crystal clear water!
It has made my pool sparkle! I followed the guideline to purchase a system double the actual water volume. It runs less time which saves money on electricity and the equipment life is much longer.

Works like a charm
My original chlorinator failed after 13 years and my pool turned green overnight. I installed this in less than an hour. Most of that time was because I rewired the power supply so I could use an outlet. Otherwise installation was very easy. Once the cholorinator was up and running it did not take long to clear the pool up. After that the pool was crystal clear for the remainder of the season, even better that the previous unit.So far only two complaints, there is rest a feature for the cell. It controller will periodically turn the cell off to extend the life of the cell. Unfortunately it's not documented well and I thought the unit was faulty. I discovered two obscure lines int the documentation indicating the functionality. It doesn't provide much detail about how it works, but it seams to work fine. The other complaint is the plastic cover does not stay closed. The plastic catch is not very secure so the cover doesn't stay closed. I improvised with a stretchable cord to keep the cover closed and protect the controls. Some people may be turned off by this but the overall quality and functionality make up for it.Overall the unit is easy to use, easy to install and runs very well albeit after you read the fine print. I like that its meant to be installed by the owner. My pool company wanted $2,500 for a new unit plus installation. So far no regrets and I would buy it again. I will provide updates during the next pool season.
