I was pleasantly surprised by these cutting boards. you don't have to give up flexibility for sturdiness or vice versa. These are thin enough to be flexible, yet thick enough to be sturdy. Both sides are textured (each differently), and that prevents the cutting board from slipping on the counter and the food and knife from slipping around. They are also easy to clean and non-porous. We use a lot of fresh veggies, and these are a perfect size to deal with cutting vegetables. I thought it odd that the system asked me to rate the "Giftable" feature; however, if I was helping one of my kids or grandkids get set up in a new home, it would actually make a nice gift. If you are looking for a large enough cutting board to work with larger veggies, these are a great choice.

These are without a doubt much thicker and much nicer than the paper thin plastic sheets we bought last time. Those were so thin that you would eventually cut through them if slicing with a sharp knife. These are thicker than 2, maybe even 3 of the thin ones combined - I expect them to be much more durable. The thickness makes them stiffer (for putting in the dishwasher) - yet they will still bend with little effort. And they seem to resist damage from sharp knives much better. Overall a very nice set that takes up far less room than traditional cutting boards. So, why only 4 stars ? Because they claim to be made in the USA, but there is no stamp on the sheets anywhere. However, the paper sleeve that they come in says made in China. So, are they or aren't they made in the USA ? If they are, why have the paper sleeve made in China - you couldn't find a printer here in the USA to make that simple item ? Or at least insist that the sleeve says product made in USA, sleeve made in China ? But if you're going to say made in the USA, lets go all the way, and remove any doubt. There are plenty of people more willing to spend their money here, rather than sending it to China.

I am so glad I got these. They are durable yet slim enough to not take up space. Having one for each type of food was a perfect idea.

Received promptly and product is as described. Color coding so you are not cutting raw meat on same board as you would use for veggies.

I like the sturdiness of the boards bit they still slide a little on any countertop. TIP- Cut a piece of cabinet liner slightly longer then board. It provides a great non slip to your board and you just roll it up when your done.

Durable, attractive, two sizes cover all needs, can go in dishwasher (top rack only) but easy enough to wash in the sink. Texture is different on both sides, both are fine.

I cook a lot. When prepping for a dish, it is very helpful for me to have small boards for different ingredients.

I don't like having to always wash the same cutting board, so I ordered these to have multiples. I love the various sizes and the color pop is easy to see

Would be nice to have a purpose label on colours as some people are colour blind. Otherwise, very sturdy, stay in position well on surface and very easy to clean.
