It is ok item, I use for personal gold measurements. I got 99% accuracy.Use flat surface to get good results, avoid nearby hindranceDon't switch on fan while taking measurements as well room windows should be closed to get accurate results

Was only able to use it 5-6 times within two months.
After that it stopped working, then tried changing batteries but noticed the spring had corroded. Battery hadn't leaked because we kept it separately since it was for measuring hair colour and my parents use it every two weeks or so.Tried to find some repair options locally, then contacted customer care. They just said battery must've leaked and it would've ruined it internally as well.Disappointing performance. Not sure if it was already damaged or it got damaged quickly. But just wasn't able to use it.
