I purchased this for my teenage daughter who likes to have something in her hands at all times. I wish it would've worked because she was looking forward to it. Unfortunately the toy wouldn't flip around like it was supposed to. I had no issues with my return and getting a refund.

Hard to move the center switch to move the beads from front to back. They get frustrated and give up on it.

It is the worst game you can buy it for your kid. It is useless and high price. I returned it but the did not approve the return only replacement. So I replaced it and returned it after that but since Dec 30 I didn’t get any refund and the seller didn’t approve my request. Worst game sold buy worst seller. I ask Amazon to make replacement as a choice if the product is damaged or the buyer likes the product and ask for replacement not to cancel return and make replacements compulsory. Many orders I cancelled replacement because I don’t like waiting and prefer to keep the product while I hate it instead of replacing and waiting to return it after that
